  I am writing you to inform you of the service I received on Thursday April 22nd around 1pm.   The Service Manager and his team serviced my car for a flat tire.  The team was professional and more than courteous making me feel at home.   I received prompt service, a clear understanding of what would be performed, my options and accurate estimates.  The work was completed quickly. I couldn't feel better about the outcome.  I live in Michigan and was passing through on business when I incurred my mishap.  I was made to feel as if I had bought the car there.  Rest assured you have a great team there and if I have any issues requiring repairs while back in town I will not hesitate to trust this team with my baby.

Thanks for the birthday greetings.  Yes, I'm still driving my 2002 all black Sebring convertible 5-speed GTC.  I LOVE IT!!! The car is approaching 50,000 miles and is in pristine condition. The finish still has the rich clear coat appearance.  The 5-speed is just plain fun to drive. It has been mechanically perfect (knock on wood).  Never fear, when I'm back in the market for a car, I'll stop by.  Thanks, again.

Dear Mr. Feeny,

I have had numerous visits to the Service Department since purchasing my 2003 Chrysler Sebring on July 10, 2004. Each and every time, my expectations were met. Any questions I may have had were answered clearly and understandably.

I'd like to give special acknowledgment to Brian Krieger.  He's the one I've worked with most often, either on the phone or in person.  He's always been courteous, friendly and helpful no matter if I was there for an oil change or something that required more attention. Please share my thanks with all of the representatives but my special thanks to Brian.

The bottom line is I have never had a bad experience with anyone at Feeny in the 5 ½ years I've been going there.  Because of that, and when I'm ready to buy my next car, I will be looking to buy it from you.

I'm a repeat customer at Feeny and just wanted to thank Mr. Feeny for having such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring  service staff along with your well trained techs. I had been in recently for a routine oil change when a bulge in one of my tires was discovered by the tech. I was leaving on a short trip the next day, and this could have been a disaster if not discovered. I was told I could take the vehicle anywhere for a tire replacement, but was also given an out the door quote for the  the proper size of the exact replacement tire and  was told it would take a day for the tire to be delivered to Feeny. I told the staff that I was leaving the next day and would check with the local tire shops to see if they could do it that day.

Needless to say they too were out of my tire size and most of all I was surprised to see their "discount" price was not much if  any less than my quote from Feeny. I called my service adviser Brian at Feeny and told him to order the tire. Later in the day I talked to Bob, also at the counter, and was told the tire would be arriving that night by 5 pm. Appointment was made for the next morning [ today 1/20/2010 ] and by 9:00 am I was on my way, ready for a "safer" trip. Although you may think so, all your little extra's do not go unnoticed and I look forward [ no, I do not like to spend money if not necessary! ] to the next time that I will deal with your friendly staff of Brian,Bob, and the rest. I choose a dealership not just for the vehicles the sell, but also for the service I will get afterward and your shop is definitely 5 STARS!!

It isn't often that I send notes of appreciation for excellent customer service, but the service that I received while at Feeny, shouldn't go unnoticed. From the moment I arrived in the service department (the first time), Brian Sanfilipo gave me every reason to feel as though I would have my Dodge Durango repaired/serviced with utmost attention to detail. Not only was the repair made, but I felt that the charges were reasonable and didn't feel taken advantage of, as many times, women hesitate to take their cars for repair without their spouse/significant other. This note is overdue, and I have since been to your service department again and received great customer service. We reside in Elk Grove Village and will definitely make the drive to Feeny. I dont think I have a negative thing to say about this dealership! From day one I was treated with amazing service and respect. I wanted a Nissan, cars which they don't typically stock. I worked with Rachel and told her exactly what I wanted and the price range I was looking in. Less then 24 hours later I got a call saying she found my car and for several thousand cheaper then most places. This was my first vehicle purchase and obviously I was nervous! Rachel explained in great detail the process and kept me informed every step of they way as to what was going on. Not only that...she gave me great advice on what cars were better for my driving habits and what cars will cost me more on a monthly basis. I've have the vehicle now for over a year and still call and as her questions..without hesitation her and the dealership help me! I couldn't be more pleased ...? More »

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Feeny in Elgin, they have been great to work with. I worked with Rachel in sales and she listened to what I was looking for, and made recommendations based on my wants. I love my Liberty and also use their service department. The guys in service work with my schedule and have always fixed my problems the first time. They are a local business who seems to care about their customers. I will definitely work with them again. As far as I'm concerned, you will never find a better car dealer. We have purchased several Jeeps from them and buying a car has never been so good. George Hoffman is an awesome salesman and they don't pressure you to make the purchase. My husband is a thinker and never rushes into anything. George is always patient, informative and a very nice person.

Their Service Department is the BEST! They never fix anything that isn't broken. They are friendly and do a wonderful job. They treat you like you should be treated -- AS A CUSTOMER -- great service and friendly staff.

I HIGHLY recommend Feeny if you are looking to purchase a new car, or if you need service.

My Review of Feeny Chrysler Jeep:
I have been using Feeny for six years after purchasing my T&C at that location. I always have friendly service and Randy in service called me personally several times when my car was in the shop to explain things and ask questions.

I have asked for things to be looked at which were not addressed, but I didn't write them up, so I was not disappointed that they were forgotten.

I really liked the service and everyone is nice. No games when purchasing my vehicle, either
