I am writing you to inform you of
the service I received on Thursday April 22nd around 1pm. The Service Manager and his team serviced my car for a
flat tire. The team was professional and more than courteous making me
feel at home. I received prompt service, a clear understanding of
what would be performed, my options and accurate estimates. The work
was completed quickly. I couldn't feel better about the outcome. I
live in Michigan and was passing through on business when I incurred my
mishap. I was made to feel as if I had bought the car there. Rest
assured you have a great team there and if I have any issues requiring
repairs while back in town I will not hesitate to trust this team with
my baby.

Thanks for the birthday greetings. Yes, I'm still driving my 2002 all black Sebring convertible 5-speed GTC. I LOVE IT!!! The car is approaching 50,000 miles and is in pristine condition. The finish still has the rich clear coat appearance. The 5-speed is just plain fun to drive. It has been mechanically perfect (knock on wood). Never fear, when I'm back in the market for a car, I'll stop by. Thanks, again.

Dear Mr. Feeny,
I have had numerous visits to the Service Department since
purchasing my 2003 Chrysler Sebring on July 10, 2004. Each and every time, my
expectations were met. Any questions I may have had were answered clearly and
understandably.
I'd like to give special acknowledgment to Brian
Krieger. He's the one I've worked with
most often, either on the phone or in person.
He's always been courteous, friendly and helpful no matter if I was
there for an oil change or something that required more attention. Please share
my thanks with all of the representatives but my special thanks to Brian.
The bottom line is I have never had a bad experience with
anyone at Feeny in the 5 ½ years I've been going there. Because of that, and when I'm ready to buy my
next car, I will be looking to buy it from you.

I'm a repeat customer at Feeny and just wanted to thank Mr. Feeny for having
such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring service staff along with your well
trained techs. I had been in recently for a routine oil change when a bulge in
one of my tires was discovered by the tech. I was leaving on a short trip the
next day, and this could have been a disaster if not discovered. I was told I
could take the vehicle anywhere for a tire replacement, but was also given an
out the door quote for the the proper size of the exact replacement tire and
was told it would take a day for the tire to be delivered to Feeny. I told the
staff that I was leaving the next day and would check with the local tire shops
to see if they could do it that day.
Needless to say they too were out of my
tire size and most of all I was surprised to see their "discount" price was not
much if any less than my quote from Feeny. I called my service adviser Brian at
Feeny and told him to order the tire. Later in the day I talked to Bob, also at
the counter, and was told the tire would be arriving that night by 5 pm.
Appointment was made for the next morning [ today 1/20/2010 ] and by 9:00 am I
was on my way, ready for a "safer" trip. Although you may think so, all your
little extra's do not go unnoticed and I look forward [ no, I do not like to
spend money if not necessary! ] to the next time that I will deal with your
friendly staff of Brian,Bob, and the rest. I choose a dealership not just for
the vehicles the sell, but also for the service I will get afterward and your
shop is definitely 5 STARS!!
